Most customers choose weekly or biweekly service to keep their yards fresh and safe. If you have multiple dogs or heavy traffic, you may prefer weekly. We also offer monthly or one-time cleanups if that fits your needs better.
Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, we can take care of everything while you’re away. If you have a locked gate, you can provide us with a code or instructions during booking.
Yes! Our deodorizing spray is non-toxic, eco-friendly, and pet-safe. We apply it to high-traffic pet areas such as kennels and dog runs, leaving your yard smelling clean and fresh without using harsh and toxic chemicals.
Not a problem! Our standard pricing includes one dog. However, for each additional dog, we add a small per visit cost to cover the extra cleanup time. You will see this small fee as you book a service using our online booking tool.
By default, we safely bag and place the waste in your outdoor garbage bin for disposal. If you’d prefer us to take it off-site and remove it completely, we offer this add-on service for just $5.

After your service is completed, you’ll receive an invoice by email that you can pay securely online using your preferred method: Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit or debit card, Afterpay, Cash App Pay, or Klarna. We also gladly accept cash or checks on-site. All invoices are due within 15 days after service.
Absolutely. We don’t lock you into long-term contracts. You can pause, reschedule, or cancel service anytime, no questions asked.
Light rain doesn’t stop us! If severe weather (like thunderstorms or snow) prevents safe service, we’ll notify you and reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
When you enter your ZIP code during the booking process, our system will let you know immediately if you’re within our service area. If you’re outside of it, you’ll see a message like this: “We currently don’t service this area. If you have questions, please call us. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
